OKLAHOMA CITY — (KOCO)
Popular restaurant Razzoo's Cajun Cafe is set to break ground on its Oklahoma City location Wednesday.
The restaurant will break ground on its first Oklahoma location at Chisolm Creek, 316 West Memorial Road on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m.
The expansion of Razzoo’s to Oklahoma City is part of a broader expansion that has included recent openings in Pasadena and Lubbock, Texas, company officials said.
The restaurant will be about 7,400 square feet and will seat 280 diners. It also has an all-weather patio. Razzoo’s opening will bring more than 100 new jobs to the Oklahoma City area.
With 20 stores in Texas and one in Concord, North Carolina, the Oklahoma City location will be the brand’s first expansion outside of Texas since 2001.
The restaurant is set to open in the summer.
